GNV Tech Council

The Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce formed the Gainvesille Technology Council (GNV Tech council) in February 2014, signaling a collaboration to foster growth throughout the technology sector in the Gainesville region.

The creation of the GNV Tech Council, in collaboration with the Gainesville Chamber, is expected to help accelerate the growth of the technology sector and bolster the effort to retain expanding tech businesses in the Gainesville region. It will simultaneously create jobs, retaining and attract top talent, and assist with bringing investment capital to the region to help Gainesville companies scale locally. The Gainesville Chamber will provide the GNV Tech Council with expertise and resources in business development, public policy, economic development, talent & workforce, international trade and regional growth.
